Blades pack cutting machine

Description
The blades pack cutting machine was built to partially cut regular leaf products. The structure of the machine is built in a very flexible way to allow it to be used in different parts of the production line. If the different cutting heads and blades are added to the machine, the machine itself can be used for different ranges of medium-low capacity products, with very short setup times between one product and another. This machine is built in 304 stainless steel and is equipped with:
- Loading belt
- The blade stack cutting system, with variable speed
- A quick blade pack extraction system
- A water spray system on the blade pack to improve cutting
- An electrical control panel
- Structure on swivel wheels to allow greater flexibility of use.

Il ciclo è suddiviso in due fasi
Fase di deumidificazione
Il prodotto viene investito da aria calda e secca in controcorrente. Questo flusso di aria calda e secca “assorbe” l’acqua in superficie al prodotto, prima di passare in una batteria evaporativa che permette la separazione dell’acqua (proveniente dal prodotto) dall’aria di processo.
Fase di raffreddamento
Il prodotto asciutto viene investito da aria fredda in controcorrente per riportare il prodotto alla temperatura ottimale per garantire la prosecuzione della catena del freddo e quindi ottenere un prodotto che rispetti i più alti standard qualitativi.
