Description
The product feeding bunker allows the product crates to be unloaded directly onto the belt, and it is important that this operation is carried out in a constant and regular way by the operator, in order to have a single layer of product on the belt. The progress of the product to the sorting belt is gradual, allowing the operator to separate any production waste from the product to be processed.

Il ciclo è suddiviso in due fasi
Fase di deumidificazione
Il prodotto viene investito da aria calda e secca in controcorrente. Questo flusso di aria calda e secca “assorbe” l’acqua in superficie al prodotto, prima di passare in una batteria evaporativa che permette la separazione dell’acqua (proveniente dal prodotto) dall’aria di processo.
Fase di raffreddamento
Il prodotto asciutto viene investito da aria fredda in controcorrente per riportare il prodotto alla temperatura ottimale per garantire la prosecuzione della catena del freddo e quindi ottenere un prodotto che rispetti i più alti standard qualitativi.
