Description
Due to their compactness and very small dimensions, the DEW/M series dewaterers are particularly suitable for the initial drying phase of the product before entering the tunnels; ensuring an excellent result. Completely renewed in design, these machines have been designed to obtain maximum yield in minimum spaces, paying particular attention to the main aspects such as: quality of the final product, operator safety, sanitisation.
DEW/M SERIES DEWATERINGS ARE CHARACTERIZED BY:
- Supporting structure in AISI304 stainless steel
- Tilting belt heads to facilitate sanitization and maintenance operations
- Fully inspectable stainless steel suction system
- Stainless steel beater rollers

Il ciclo è suddiviso in due fasi
Fase di deumidificazione
Il prodotto viene investito da aria calda e secca in controcorrente. Questo flusso di aria calda e secca “assorbe” l’acqua in superficie al prodotto, prima di passare in una batteria evaporativa che permette la separazione dell’acqua (proveniente dal prodotto) dall’aria di processo.
Fase di raffreddamento
Il prodotto asciutto viene investito da aria fredda in controcorrente per riportare il prodotto alla temperatura ottimale per garantire la prosecuzione della catena del freddo e quindi ottenere un prodotto che rispetti i più alti standard qualitativi.
