The CMJ Julienne cutter is perfectly suited for thread-like or thinly sliced carrots, potatoes, courgettes, pumpkins, celeriac, etc. Using various types of blades, the cutter is capable of making different types of cuts: 2.8 x 2.8 mm; 1.6 x 1.6 mm (Julienne carrots); 0.8mm; 4 mm. The cutter is equipped with extreme processing flexibility, allowing different types of cutting based on the thickness of the required product. The centrifugal action of the basket then allows for precise distribution of the product along the circular cutting head present along the entire basket. The construction of the machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and on request it can also be built in 316 stainless steel.
