Description
The mechanical sorting belt allows you to remove all undersized leaves and foreign bodies. Thanks to a belt shaking system made of 10x10 square mesh, it separates the waste from the product to be processed. The waste is collected using a "undertape", placed under the structure and removed from the production area.

Fase di deumidificazione
Il prodotto viene investito da aria calda e secca in controcorrente. Questo flusso di aria calda e secca “assorbe” l’acqua in superficie al prodotto, prima di passare in una batteria evaporativa che permette la separazione dell’acqua (proveniente dal prodotto) dall’aria di processo.
Fase di raffreddamento
Il prodotto asciutto viene investito da aria fredda in controcorrente per riportare il prodotto alla temperatura ottimale per garantire la prosecuzione della catena del freddo e quindi ottenere un prodotto che rispetti i più alti standard qualitativi.
