Description
This type of tank allows you to carry out the first washing phase of all types of vegetables. The progression of the product occurs through the hydrodynamic thrust produced by the circulation pump. The feeding times are such as to allow good sanitization of the product. It is made up of a special fan which has the function of accelerating the washing action, a technique known as muttering. The product is extracted from the prewash tank via a conveyor belt and transferred to the next washing phase.

Fase di deumidificazione
Il prodotto viene investito da aria calda e secca in controcorrente. Questo flusso di aria calda e secca “assorbe” l’acqua in superficie al prodotto, prima di passare in una batteria evaporativa che permette la separazione dell’acqua (proveniente dal prodotto) dall’aria di processo.
Fase di raffreddamento
Il prodotto asciutto viene investito da aria fredda in controcorrente per riportare il prodotto alla temperatura ottimale per garantire la prosecuzione della catena del freddo e quindi ottenere un prodotto che rispetti i più alti standard qualitativi.
